How is Revsey different from companies with certified inspectors?
Revsey does not provide the kind of structural or mechanical inspections that cover foundations, roofing, plumbing, or other systems that must be verified when a home is being prepared for sale. We inspect rental properties only—while tenants are occupying the units, or before or after move-in, identifying damage or issues that are visible to the eye.
What qualifications do Revsey experts have?
Our team has over 10 years of experience in rental reviews, from single-family homes to multi-unit apartment complexes. Team members go through a rigorous, 3-month training on all aspects of the review process.
